Ive got his food etc in a bargain pack when I bought him ive got about 2 months supply and he is watered well si there anything else he needs?

He sleeps in my room in the corner but how much will hw cost to maintain ive had no experience jsut need some advice thanks
He's friendly there no need to put him in a cage. he lieks only 2ft-3ft long

He eatss chieckens anyway but he sometimes sleeps with me with no problems
