hello all :

i have had my ball python for almost a month now and she eats regularly and is very active. i was just curious on if her urine is normal cause i know that it is supposed to be a white solid but ive also heard that its kinda pasty? her urine is kinda shaped like an oval and on one end usually has what looks similar to a small coiled greenish tube. the whole thing itself is hard i suppose ive never tried to smash it to see just how hard thatd be weird and kinda small. and i find them in her cage id have to guess about once a week?

so itd help a lot to know if its all good with her like i said she seems very healthy to me her cage temps are right along with humidity. thanks in advance :D

Your snakies urine actually isnt urine. They potty out the same stuff birds and other reptiles do: uric acid along with pooping at the same time. Its usually white and the poop a greenish brown or brown. And its hard because its most likely been there a while. As long as her poops arent runny youre good. But if they are itd be a good idea to take a sample to a vet to run a test for parasites.
