Like no lizard looking one i mean a full on alligator that is miniature and if so where do i go to buy one?

Okay, before anyone rips my head off, lol, I just went on a website called kijiji.com, and there was a baby alligator for sale. It was only $100, and I do live in the Chicago area, well around there. I will probably not get it, I was just curious, but I was also wondering, how do you take care of it?

A neighborhood kid caught a baby alligator snapping turtle somehow (no lakes, ponds, or creeks on our area). I stole him since he wasn't going to take good care of him. My brother's friend is going to take him to a large lake near his house, but he hasn't come yet.
