Ebay craiglist petsmart/petco. You more than likely will not find a big cage in your budget at petsmart. Look around dont expect us to do all of your homework. Soory if that sounded rude. You can also buy a bin and trick it out or connect a bunch of smaller cages with tubes n stuff.

You can buy any Crittertrail cage at any petco or petsmart. Use the store locators to find the nearest one. They are cheap and good quality. Also the SAM Down Under Cage is a good one for a dwarf.
