ok so i got 2 nnew chinchillas as a friend for my first chinchilla the problemis i dont know how to intro duce them i mean i have there cages side my side to meet but what do i do have read that i should takethe mothers 2 year old baby out to introduce first or should i intro the mom first and how do i know if they are attacking like they they yipscratch.tackle or what please i just dont want anyone to get hert please help me

Are they all female? If the 2 year old is male he needs to be separated from mom NOW. If your first chinchilla is male then you should just keep them separate...

well i have 3 chinchillas 2 ive had for 5 years the other one i got when he was 1 and now is about 3 what i would do is get another cage put the cages right next to each other put them in the empty cage then wait a month. than have your mom take out one and you take out one make sure you are both wearing gloves in case they fight and see how they react do this for about 2 weeks than put them in the same cage for an hour and watch them again with gloves on in case and if nothing goes rong they are fine but if they fight repeat step 2
