Would torturing frogs be considered as animal cruelty by law? Is it illegal?

How about mice?
Cockroaches?
Ants?
So you think I'm a serial killer? Meh...

I don't care.

I just want to know if killing frogs and other worthless animals is illegal!

I mean, I'm not asking if killing cats,dogs, or people is illegal, I"M ASKING ABOUT PESTS!
Okay, if someone posted a video of something like that on youtube, will the police even bother to try to track the orgin of the video?
