 Post subject: How do I get a dominant male guinea pig to accept the new baby male guinea pig?

I have a male guinea pig that I've had for a few months, I got a new male guinea pig a week ago. But the older dominant male keeps biting mounting and chasing the baby male. The baby has bumps and bites all over his body from the older male. How do I get the two to be nice and get along?
