 Post subject: How can I get my guinea pig to be more active during floor time?

I have two piggies I got at the same time. They were both the same size when I got them. One is now larger then the other. The smaller one runs and zooms and popcorns around, and the other one just hides in the pigloo and takes treats in there with him. They both are boys. Any advice?
