Currently i have a well decorated filtered aerated 1 year established fish tank currently running with some baby fry. Im going to sell these so... yeah dont know what to do with my nursury tank.

So Can anyone suggest any good tropical combinations?

How about these. Please note: i do constant water changes every week. I will even do water changes twice a week for more fish

1 20 Male/female guppies and or 1:3 ratio. I know how to dispose or move baby fry. So noone please comment on that they multiply like crazy. I know that. lol
Ghost shrimp not really counting since theyre bioload is small

2 10 male/female guppies
3 Corydoras
1 Mystery snail

1 mystery snail
Ghost shrimp
3 Corydora

4 4 guppies

I currently have fake plants hornwort and will also add some java fern and maybe some java moss. Again i know how to dispose of my baby fry oscar loves them. Yummm P

ok mollies are a good a choice so are tetras how ever 56 would be the minimum amount to keep. to bring out the tetras true schooling nature and to be able to appreciate them i would recommend 10

You shouldnt need 3 cory cats for a 10g unless youre talking about corys that are less than 1 long. One fat cory should do your bottom cleaning well. Id go with the 3 male guppies and a buncha females. As for the snails you can just get some cheap anarchis from petsmart and itll probably have 9 zillion snail eggs in it. IME mystery snails dont make it long after you buy them. Ghost shrimp? Meh. What ever you wanna do there.

But for real if I had a 10g I think I have 3... Id get a 2 captive born Polypterus Endlicheri Endlicheri and grow him out to 4 then buy a 29g and let him grow out to 7 then plop him in a 55g for a few years til hes ready to upgrade again : And if ya like you can get your guppies AND your endli and when the day comes that you look in the tank and dont see your guppies anymore then you know its time to upgrade your endlis tank size :

no none still way over stocked
and the only reason you dont do that rule is beacause you always break it and want to overstock youre suppose to do more than 1in per gal of water

I think that number 4 is the best one.
You will have a good selection and it will be cool.
But I would get 4 corydoras because they like being in bigger groups and act more normal.
Hope this helps
Good Luck

Number 4
This is the perfect amount of fish for a 10 gallon And Tetras and Guppies do better in schools of 4 or more

Number 3 would do great also but I like the fish in Number 4
Number 1 would be extremely too crowded though. :
Number 2 could do alright but may be a teenytiny bit too crowded.

I agree the 1 gallon rule is stupid Especially when you are dealing with fish so tiny They dont need that much room and it costs hundreds of dollars for a bigger tank

If you do deside that you want a bigger tank which you probably wont need but just in case I just found a 20 gallon tank for only 36 bucks And I just cant believe it because most range from 200600 dollars Im getting that one and I cant wait I hope this helps you
