I have snails inside my waterfall in my pond and was wondering if i can take them a put them in my fish tank?

If your tropical fish tank is fresh water as opposed to salt water you can add the snails. However you should be aware that the snails may carry parasites that could infect fish in your tank. For the safety of your fish I think it would be better to buy snails from a reputable fish store.

assuming that the tank is not saltwater then yes. I have done it. You should consider how big your fish are in comparison because the snails may get eaten by the fish. be aware that the snails could carry things like parasites from the pond on their shells as well.
